Many times it's easier to jack up the truck and remove the wheel to access the sparkplugs thru the splash guards.
That's the way I do it anyway.Tell me how to do that?
it sounds like this is not something you should have tackled there is a lot of lines and wires and other things in your way you may end up having more problems and expense you need to have a mechanic do the tuneup.
