hi i was wondering if anyone knew how much the sparkplugs should be callibrated. we just got the car last august and we changed the sparkplugs. the manual says it should be from 39-43 but when we took them out they were up to 80. does the manual have them wrong or what. my dad was wondering so he told me to ask in here.2002 MITSUBISHI LANCER, sparkplugs??
.039-.043%26quot; is the correct gap, perhaps you were reading mm and not inches or using one of those auto zone EZ gappers... feeler gauges are the only tool for this.
